With the acquisition of Chris Dickerson and Kevin Millwood, the removal of Sergio Mitre, and a handful of roster moves, the Yankees have had a busy week.

Here’s a quick rundown of recent news surrounding the Yankees pitching staff:

  • Ivan Nova will be the club’s fourth starter behind C.C. Sabathia, A.J. Burnett and viagra sales Phil Hughes. Nova went 1-2 last season with a 4.50 ERA in seven starts.
  • Freddy Garcia has been pegged the Yanks’ fifth starter, beating out Bartolo Colon for the job. With Garcia in the rotation, Colon, who pitched very well in spring training, will start the season off in the bullpen. He will take over the spot once held by Alfredo Aceves, who is now pitching for in Boston.
  • Pedro Feliciano could be headed to the DL at the beginning of the season. The former New York Met reliever is suffering from soreness in his tricep (throwing arm). After being one of the most durable relievers over the course of his time in the National League, Feliciano’s expected DL stint will come as a surprise to many baseball experts.
  • Mark Prior will most likely not get a chance at the Yankees’ opening day roster, according to NBC Sports’ Hardball Talk. He has a 1.35 ERA in 6 2/3 innings this spring.
  • If Feliciano does go on the DL, Romulo Sanchez is the expected replacement.
